Rules and Regulations governing all programs:

OJT hours will be turned in within seven (7) days after receiving the end of the month paystub.  If hours are not turned in when they are due disciplinary procedures could be initiated.  In addition, failure to submit OJT hours as instructed will initiate the No Credit policy.

It is the Apprentice’s sole responsibility to submit their On-the-Job Training (OJT) hours, including a signed record sheet, to the ABC So-Cal Training department monthly.
