STEP's innovative evaluation tool will help you measure year-to-year progress to create the safest and most productive workforce. The program identifies and tracks areas for improvement, and it offers special recognition for companies that achieve outstanding safety records.
For 18 years, the STEP program's time-tested methodology has helped make ABC member companies safer and more productive.
Platinum level achievement provides a special certificate of recognition, and serves as an automatic application for ABC's National Safety Award. Platinum achievement also includes participation in a national promotional campaign that consists of advertisements in other than ABC publications, targeting construction-service users.
