ABC would like to congratulate Casco Contractors as the Awarded General Contractor and thank all Contractors that submitted bids.
Scope of work: Tenant Improvement renovation for 35,576 square feet existing 2 story building. Remodel existing office space to classrooms, offices, break rooms and support functions, new HVAC
equipment. Parking lot repair slurry and stripping, new roll up and entry doors.
