Traffic Control and Flagging

OVERVIEW: The Traffic Control & Flagging course follows the American Traffic Safety Services Association curriculum and incorporates the California on Uniform Traffic Control Devices for Streets and Highways. Class covers: • warning sign placement • proper fundamentals of flagging • moving traffic and signaling directions • ANSI standards for reflective clothing • lighting and equipment • practical application portion Completion certificates and Flagger Cards are issued after class and students will be entered into the ATSSA National Database.
